When I say rental management, I mean landlords creating their properties, adding their property and unit amenities and publishing it in the rental search whereas the tenant can view the listed properties based on their location and create application, visit the property do their own screening and sharing the same with the landlord/project managers. The platform seems to provide a holistic solution for property management, covering various aspects from property listing and tenant interactions to financial tracking and communication. The inclusion of a broker/agent system adds an extra layer of flexibility for landlords to find tenants quickly.
